Sometimes we need more details in your Omnicept.log for troubleshooting purpose
To turn on DEBUG level of logging
1. In Task Manager, find the HP Omnicept service, Right click on the service and stop it
2. Rename to omnicept.old.log or delete the omnicept.log (This log is located in C:\ProgramData\HP\HP Omnicept)
3. Create an environment variable OMNICEPT_LOG_LEVEL and set the value to 1 (see image below)
4. Task Manager, Right click and start the HP Omnicept service
5. Optional: Check new omnicept.log located in C:\ProgramData\HP\HP Omnicept
